Can’t find something on the site?
Use our search facility at the top right of the website to navigate your way around. If you are still having problems, email the editor:

I have found some posts to be offensive, what do I do?
While you are in the forums pages, you will see a button that says “Report abuse”. Click on this and your email will be sent to us to deal with. Please see also our
rules for more background.
Can’t Log in?
- Double check that you are using the correct email address (many people have a few) and that you take your time to spell it with upper case in the right places.
- Click on the “forgotten your log in details” button, enter your email address, click on “send reminder” button, and a reminder will be sent to the email address you registered with.
Why can’t I leave a post or comment?
It’s likely that the problem will be that you haven’t yet logged in. Take a look at the top right hand corner of the screen. If under the “search” button it says “sign up or log in” it means that you haven’t yet logged in. Click on the button and enter your details and you will be able to post and comment as usual.
What is a tag?
A tag is a keyword used on the internet and can be applied to an article, a post, comment or photograph. When the keywords are chosen well it makes it helps people find what they need to on the site, because these keywords are used in searches. The keywords or tags you choose should describe what the post or photo is about, for example a black cat drinking milk would be “black” “cat” “drinking” “milk”.
Throughout the site you will see the area for “popular topics”. These topics are really just keywords that have grown by people using tags. Please use tags wherever you can to make the site run smoothly and be better for everyone.
What do the ratings mean?
New users have posted up to 20 times, our Regular users will have posted up to 99 times and our special Super users will have posted anything over 100 times.

How do I change my password?
It’s important to only change your password if you really need to so that it is easy to remember, then do make an effort to keep it safe. It is best to use around eight digits and a mix of letters, numbers, upper and lower case is always a good idea. To change your password, visit your profile page, select Edit profile.
How do I change my email address or other personal details?
In your profile, click on “edit my profile” and there are many tabs where you can edit the information you originally gave when you signed up, including your email address, postal address, whether you wish to receive emails etc.
