The cutest Christmas pet 2009 goes to...
We had lots of fantastic photos in and found it so difficult to pick a winner. In the end it was JACK.
1st prize: Jack, a very handsome dog that came from Southampton Blue Cross, stole our hearts.
Well done to Natalie and Jason Rogers who will walk away with a full year of free pet insurance from Petplan.
Our two runners up both win a delightful £20 voucher for Countrywide!
2nd Prize: Katie Gibson, 14, took a great picture of her dog Elvis! He was from the burford Blue Cross centre and has lived with Katie for a year and a half. Apparently Elvis is obsessed with balls and thought the baubles on the tree were balls!
3rd prize: The Lightning Strikes Flyball club, based in London. The club runs a number of flyball teams including Grease Lightning, Lightning Bolts, Lightning Flash & Lightning Seeds.
We have 5 more photos that we would like to give a special mention to. Although they didn't win a prize we thought they were excellent. We were blown away with Robert Stuhldreer's photo of his Akita, Max; Zoe Bradley riding Cat; Claire Tydema's photo of her dog (but she forgot to tell us his name!); Milly Joint's photo of her rabbit Lottie; and The Christmas Ride by Colin.P.Williams.
